What is the Best Grinding in Sea 2 Blox Fruits?
Honestly, just go to the Green Zone. The NPCs there give decent XP and you can grind pretty quickly.

Why bother with specific locations? Just find the highest level quests you can handle and keep repeating them.
For Sea 2 in Blox Fruits, I recommend grinding at the Ice Castle! The enemies have decent drop rates and the quests give good XP. Don't forget to watch out for the Ice Admiral!
In my experience, the Dark Arena is a solid choice. The XP gain is insane if you can handle the enemy density!
Grinding at the Factory in the Second Sea is super effective. You get a chance for Devil Fruits and a ton of XP from fighting NPCs!
