For players level 700+, the best place to grind is the New World, specifically the Upper Skylands or the Graveyard. Lots of high-level enemies here!

Definitely the Magma Village if you're around level 350-450. Tons of enemies clustered, so you can farm XP quickly.

Personally, I found the Underwater City to be pretty lucrative around level 375. Plus, the scenery is kinda cool!
