Cyborg. The increased defense and energy regen is game-changing, especially for tank builds!
Ghoul. It has amazing regen and the extra damage at night can really turn the tide in battles.

I'd say Fishman is pretty great, especially for starting out. The ability to swim and take less damage from water is a big help early on.
