The font used on Pokemon cards for the card title and some of the text is Gill Sans Ultra Bold. It's pretty iconic and has that bold look that stands out. For the body text, like card descriptions, they typically use a font that's a bit more standard and readable, something close to Garamond. However, keep in mind the exact font might vary slightly over different editions or series of cards, but these are your go-to for that classic Pokemon card look.

Actually, it's all about the specific part of the card you're looking at. For names and HP, it's Gill Sans Ultra Bold. Easy to read and super recognizable. Other parts use different fonts, so there's not just one answer.

Gill Sans Ultra Bold, period. That's the main one you'll notice, especially on the card titles.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
