Basically, it's about staying alive and figuring out what the heck those giant people-eaters are all about.
I think it's more about Eren's journey and how he evolves through the series. You get to see him grow from vengeful kid to a major player in the fight against Titans.
Eren and his friends are basically trying to save the world, one Titan at a time. You get a mix of revenge, survival, and mystery-solving!
