The green goo in GTA San Andreas is a mysterious substance that you collect in the game during the "Black Project" mission. It's actually part of a mission where you steal it from a military train, but the game never fully explains what it's for. It's one of those classic GTA mysteries that has led to lots of fan theories, including alien stuff and secret government projects!

Honestly, it's just a plot item that adds to the conspiracy vibe of the game. Don't think too hard about it; enjoy the chaos and the mystery!

It's alien poop. No, seriously, I've played GTA San Andreas way too many times, and I'm convinced the green goo is just a cheeky nod from the developers towards all things extraterrestrial in the game. Considering the Area 69 mission and all the UFO sightings? It's gotta be.
