Level 50, no more after that. It's all about equipping them with the best gear at that point.
Only goes up to 50. Wish it was higher cause my dwellers are just lounging around now with nothing to chase after.
50. Period. Get them there, then it's just about optimizing your vault and keeping those radroaches at bay.
