What is the maximum pocket space in Animal Crossing?
In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, you can max out your pocket space to hold up to 40 items. You start with less, but you can upgrade it through the Nook Stop terminal in the Resident Services building. Just save up those Nook Miles! ?

Honestly, the 40-item limit is plenty. It forces you to think about what you're collecting and not just hoard everything you come across. Makes the game more strategic in my opinion.
40 items, no more, no less. That's the cap. Seems like a lot until you're on a mystery island tour and gotta make those tough decisions on what to keep.
