I read somewhere that everyone thinks the Pink VW Beach Bomb is the top dog, but let's not sleep on the 1995 Collector Number 271 Funny Car. It's super rare, but because it's not as old, it doesn't get the same buzz. Still a gem in the Hot Wheels crown though!
Def hands down, it's the 1969 Pink Rear-Loading Volkswagen Beach Bomb. This lil' buggy is the Holy Grail for collectors. Only a few were made as prototypes, and they didn't go into mass production because they were too top-heavy for the Hot Wheels tracks. If you find one of these in your attic, you're sitting on a goldmine!
