The honor of most expensive Pokemon card often goes to the Pikachu Illustrator card, fetching prices over $200,000 at auctions! Another ultra-rare find is the 1999 First Edition Shadowless Holographic Charizard card which can sell for up to $220,000 depending on its condition. Don't forget about the Black Star Ishihara Signed GX Promo card - with prices hitting the roof, especially if it's in top-notch condition.

Honestly, it's all about the Pikachu Illustrator card. That little piece of cardboard is worth a small fortune. More than you'd spend on a fancy sports car!

I've actually got a buddy who sold his First Edition Shadowless Holographic Charizard. Paid off his entire student loan with that one card! So, yeah, that Charizard is definitely up there among the priciest.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
