The hardest Pokemon card to snag is probably the Pikachu Illustrator card. It was a prize for a contest in Japan back in the '90s, and only a handful were made. It's the holy grail for collectors!

Straight up, it's the Pikachu Illustrator. Only a few exist in the wild, and they fetch a crazy price at auctions. Good luck getting your hands on that one!

Honestly, any first edition Base Set card in pristine condition is tough to find. People obsess over the Charizard, but even the less flashy ones are rare gems.

Charizard, First Edition from the Base Set. That card is an icon and owning one is like having the crown jewels of the Pokemon TCG world.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
