Galactus, no contest. If you manage to play him right, it's basically game over for your opponent. Sure, it's a risky play since you need to control two locations to activate his effect, but when it works, it's epic.

Tough question because it really depends on your playstyle, but many would argue that Silver Surfer is a game-changer due to its ability to double the power of all other cards on the location. It's a beast in the right deck!
Honestly, it's all about how you use the cards together rather than one OP card. That said, Silver Surfer has been a consistent winner in my decks.
