The pity system in Honkai Star Rail is a safety net for players pulling for characters or weapons from the gacha. Basically, if you don't get a 5-star item after a certain number of pulls (usually around 80), the game guarantees you'll receive one on your next pull. It's like the game's way of saying, 'Sorry you've had bad luck, here's a win.'

Speaking from experience here - the pity system in Honkai is a lifesaver. Was chasing after a specific character and the pity system kicked in right when I was about to lose hope. Got the character on my guaranteed pull. It's real and it's fantastic.

Short version: Pity system = fail-safe. Pull enough times without a 5-star? Bam, next one's guaranteed.

If you're a Honkai Star Rail player looking for extra shards or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Honkai Star Rail essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
