Honestly, y'all are sleeping on Charizard. The Base Set Charizard has been an icon since the beginning. Sure, it doesn't have crazy 1000 damage moves, but the nostalgia and sheer market value make it a powerhouse in its own right.
I'm gonna throw a curveball here and say Arceus VSTAR from the Sword & Shield鈥擝rilliant Stars set. Why? With its 'Starbirth' ability, you can pull any two cards from your deck. Strategically speaking, that level of flexibility and power is unmatched. Plus, its 'Trinity Nova' attack isn't too shabby, either!
