The rarest Pokemon card as recognized by many, including sources like Bulbapedia, is the Pikachu Illustrator card. This card was given as a prize in a drawing contest by CoroCoro Magazine in 1998. Only 39 copies were awarded, making it super rare and highly valued among collectors. Its scarcity and the lore surrounding its creation have contributed to its legendary status in the world of Pokemon TCG.

Nah, you're all looking at it wrong. The true gems are those misprint cards and unique error cards that were accidentally released. Sure, Pikachu Illustrator is rare, but there's something cool about owning a card that wasn't supposed to exist.

If we're talking rare Pokemon cards, it's gotta be the Pikachu Illustrator. This thing is like the Holy Grail of Pokemon cards. Only a handful exist and they fetch insane prices at auctions!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
