Honestly, the rarest card is subjective, and it keeps changing. But, Charizard cards, especially first edition ones, are always in the convo. They might not be 'the rarest' by numbers, but try finding one and see how rare it feels!

Shadow Lugia from the Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness promo. It's massive, doesn't fit the standard size, and it's epic. Def a contender for rarest in my book.

The rarest Pokemon card as of now has gotta be the Pikachu Illustrator card. Only a few were made for a contest in Japan back in the 90s, and it's super hard to find. If you're lucky enough to spot one, you're looking at a card that could be worth over $200,000!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
