Steam Cloud? It's just a fancy way of saying your game data gets backed up online. That way, you can play your games on any PC without losing your saves or settings. Kinda like how you use Google Drive but for your gaming life.

Get Steam gift cards by playing games on Playbite

Steam Cloud saves gamers from the horror of data loss. I spilled coffee on my gaming rig and thought all was lost. Thanks to Steam Cloud, I picked up right where I left off on a new machine. Bless.

Steam Cloud is overrated. Just use local saves and good ol' external backups. Never had a problem.

Steam Cloud is basically Valve's magical floating locker in the sky where all your game saves, settings, and achievements get stored. So, if you log in from another PC, you don't lose your progress. Super handy if you're not a fan of starting over every time you switch computers.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
