It's a bit subjective since 'strongest' can mean different things depending on how you play, but a lot of players would point to the Shadow Lugia GX card. It's not officially tournament legal but boasts an insane 300 HP and a 1000 damage attack. Of course, its sheer power is balanced by the fact you can't actually use it in competitive play.

IMO, it's all about the strategy rather than a single 'strongest' card. A well-built deck that syncs well can outperform any standalone 'powerful' card.

Straight up, it鈥檚 the Base Set Shadowless Charizard. Yes, there are cards with more HP or crazy attacks now, but none have the iconic status and fear-inducing presence of a mint condition, holographic Charizard from the 90s.

Charizard cards, especially the Charizard GX from the Burning Shadows set. It's not just about raw power; this card has a great balance of attack strength, HP, and the ability to heal itself, making it a beast in many battles.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
