Honestly, it's subjective. Some say Love Breathing is kinda weak because it lacks versatility, but it really depends on your play style.
None of the breathings are bad, it's all about how you use them. But if I had to choose, I'd say Insect Breathing is the least effective in PvP.
In my experience, Insect Breathing can be a letdown. It just doesn't pack enough punch compared to others like Flame or Thunder.
