What is wrong with Steam?
Honestly, not much is wrong with Steam itself, but it's not perfect. The biggest gripes are usually about the customer service, which can be slow, and the overwhelming amount of games, which makes it hard to find quality titles amidst the clutter. Plus, some folks aren't fans of the DRM (Digital Rights Management), which requires you to be online to play some of the games.

Biggest issue? The refund policy could be better. Only allowing refunds within two weeks of purchase AND less than two hours of gameplay is pretty restrictive. Also, the user interface could use some sprucing up—it feels a bit dated.
