If I had to nitpick, the RNG can sometimes be brutal. You can get stuck with horrible item combos, which can be frustrating.
Dude, the game is pretty much perfect. But, if you're not into dark themes or pixel graphics, it might not be your jam.
Isaac is amazing as is. Maybe a few bugs here and there, but nothing game-breaking. Been playing it for years without issues!
