ENABLE-based, but with some extra spice!
Words with Friends uses a proprietary dictionary based on the Enhanced North American Benchmark Lexicon (ENABLE), but it's modified to fit the game's rules. So, you might find some words that aren't in standard dictionaries!
From my experience, it's mostly ENABLE with some special additions. Don't be too shocked if a strange word slips through!
