Some say you can leave as early as 190, but I stayed until level 210. It made things a lot easier.
Level 200 is the sweet spot. Trust me, I did it and felt ready for the challenges ahead!
Honestly, you can probably leave around level 180. It's not set in stone, but gives you a good start on the next island.
I left around level 190 and had a blast exploring the new islands. Just make sure you feel strong enough!
