Level 65 is a nice sweet spot. If you're struggling, try leveling up some more and upgrading your gear.
Honestly, you can finish it at level 55 if you're good at dodging and have a solid strategy!
I finished it right at level 62. Just make sure to have plenty of healing items and you're golden!
