To get an excellent throw, wait until the target ring is at its smallest size, then toss your ball so it lands inside that ring. Practice makes perfect!

An excellent throw in Pokemon GO is when your Poke Ball lands inside the smallest inner circle on the Pokemon. Time it right and aim for the bullseye!

I've found that a curved Poke Ball throw gives a better chance at landing that excellent throw. Give it a spin!

Hit the smallest circle when it appears during the catch sequence. That's your excellent throw!

Just aim for the smallest circle that appears – easy peasy!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
