Honestly, 'Jiraiya's Ninja Scrolls' (432-450) is fantastic. It's like a story within a story and gives major Jiraiya feels!
The 'Power Arc' (290-295) is pretty solid. Great animation and some intense battles to keep you hooked.
The 'Twelve Guardian Ninja' arc (57-71) is quite enjoyable if you want to see Naruto training for some new jutsu!
No fillers are worth it. Just skip them and stick to the main plot.
