Start with Attack on Titan Season 1, then move on to Seasons 2, 3, and 4 in that order. If you're feeling adventurous, you can check out the OVAs and spin-offs along the way!
You can skip the OVAs unless you're a hardcore fan. The main series is where all the action happens.
