I watched the 2019 series first and loved it. It鈥檚 so complete and faithful to the manga, you won鈥檛 want to miss any episode. The 2001 version was my nostalgia trip later, but the reboot rocks!
Start with the 2019 reboot! It follows the manga more closely and finishes the entire story. After that, if you're curious, you can check the 2001 version for a different experience.
Watch the 2019 series first. It's got everything you need from start to finish. Skip the 2001 version unless you're feeling nostalgic.
