I used Angelus Leather Paint on my Crocs and it worked great. Just make sure to clean the surface really well before painting.

Try using fabric paint. It's designed to be flexible and won't crack as easily. Worked like a charm when I painted mine.

I've had success with spray paint, but you gotta use a primer first and finish with a clear sealant.
