Bots are a significant part of the game, especially in the earlier stages, but if you're good, you'll mostly face real players.

The percentage of bots can vary depending on your skill level and the time of day, but it's safe to say there are always some in each match.

I've noticed that in my matches, especially when I first started, about a quarter of the players seemed like bots. As I got better, I saw fewer bots.
