It's kinda tricky to pin down an exact number since Riot Games hasn't released official demographics, but various community surveys and reports suggest that the female player base in Valorant is somewhere around 30-35%. From what I've seen in-game and online, there's a significant number of female players in Valorant, which is super cool. The community seems pretty welcoming too, which probably helps!
