Card rotation in the Pokemon TCG basically means some older ones get phased out of the standard competitive play to keep the game fresh. It's usually the cards from older sets. To get the specifics, it's best to check the official Pokemon website or reliable Pokemon TCG news sources. They announce rotation plans and which sets are affected so players can adjust their decks accordingly.

Just head over to the official Pokemon TCG site. They list all the sets that won't be legal in standard tournaments anymore. Saves you the trouble of guessing!

Gotta catch 'em all, except when they rotate out, am I right? But for real, rotation hits the older sets. Keep an eye on the official channels. They tell you exactly which cards are saying bye-bye to standard play.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
