Okay, so peeling isn't a standard feature of Pokemon cards. Actually, peeling might be more about discovering a card's unfortunate fate, like damage or wear, rather than an intended interactive feature. However, there are certain rare or misprint cards where the layers might separate more easily due to manufacturing issues, but this is super rare and generally not good news for the card's condition or value!

Had a holographic card once that started to peel at the edges鈥攚as pretty bummed. It鈥檚 not something they鈥檙e designed to do, sadly. It's more likely a sign of a card being damaged or worn out. Always gotta keep those cards safe and snug in a protector!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
