Just open TCP 3074 and UDP 88, and you should be good to go for most Xbox Live services.

You’ll want to open the following ports for Xbox Live: TCP 3074, UDP 88, UDP 500, UDP 3074, UDP 3544, and UDP 4500.

From personal experience, opening TCP 3074 and UDP 3074 fixed all my Xbox Live issues.
