It depends on the model of your PS3. The original 60GB and 20GB models are fully backward compatible with PS2 games, but the later models (like the Slim and Super Slim) are not.

Hey there! If you have the PS3 'fat' model, check if it's the 20GB or 60GB version. They support almost all PS2 games. Other models? Not so much.

Just get a PS2 if you really want to play its games! Easier and more reliable.

First-hand experience here! My old 60GB PS3 played PS2 classics like a charm, but my Slim model couldn't handle 'em. Choose wisely!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
