The 80GB 'MotorStorm' bundle also had partial backwards compatibility via software emulation, but it's not as reliable as the original models.

I've got a 60GB PS3 myself, and it plays most PS2 games flawlessly! Just make sure you get the right model.

Only the original 20GB and 60GB PS3 models have full hardware backwards compatibility with PS2 games. Look for them with the 4 USB ports!
