Your region is usually the country you selected when you created your PSN account. So, if you selected the USA, your region is the USA!

To find the region of your PSN account, check the country listed in your account settings on the PlayStation website or on your console.

I had the same question! Go to your PS4 or PS5 settings, select 'Account Information,' and you should see your region listed there.
