Fish and small fauna like bladderfish and peepers definitely respawn. Perfect for when you’re running low on food or water!

Salt deposits, quartz, and titanium nodes don't respawn. Better get good at scavenging!

From personal experience, coral tube samples and acid mushrooms respawn around your lifepod. Never had to worry about running out!

Stalker teeth respawn after being dropped by Stalkers while playing fetch with metal salvage. Just like a dog, but more bitey.
