What rooms don't combine in Fallout Shelter?
In Fallout Shelter, most rooms can combine and upgrade for efficiency, but there are a few exceptions. Unique rooms like the Overseer's Office, the Barbershop, and the Theme Workshop don't combine with others. They're standalone because of their specific functions. So, if you're trying to drag them together hoping for a mega room, you're outta luck!

Barbershop and Overseer's Office won't merge with other rooms. Tried and failed, so don鈥檛 bother.
Actually, merging rooms is overrated. Who needs a mega diner when you can have a cool, single-room barbershop?
