Honestly, just check the streaming sites like Crunchyroll or Funimation on Sundays; they usually update around 3:45 PM ET.
When it aired, I had my Crunchyroll tab open every Sunday at 3:45 PM ET to catch the new episodes. Never missed one!
Season 4 Part 1 aired in Japan on December 7, 2020. For those of us streaming internationally, episodes typically became available on Sundays in the afternoon.
