Honestly, just fish after 4 PM. Sharks seem to like the nightlife, and so should you if you wanna catch 'em.
Caught my first shark right at 4 PM on the dot. It's like they have an alarm clock telling them it's showtime. So, yeah, 4 PM to 9 AM is your window. Happy fishing!
