Honestly, 9 AM to 11 AM is gold! People are relaxing on their Saturdays and scrolling through their feeds.
Hot take: It doesn't really matter when you post. Just make sure your content is awesome, and engagement will follow!
From my experience, the sweet spot is around noon. Late morning or lunchtime, people are checking their phones.
