They don't technically exist within the main Pokémon TCG as playable cards but were special collectibles. Think of them more like awesome fan art turned into official merchandise for a brief, shining moment.
Those cards? Just a cool crossover that made everyone wish Nintendo would do more mashups. Didn't add to the game but definitely added to my collection's cool factor.
