Plants vs. Zombies was powered by the PopCap Games Framework, also known informally as the sexyapp framework. This in-house engine by PopCap allowed the game to bloom across multiple platforms with its efficient and flexible design.

Actually, it's just a very customized version of the PopCap Games Framework. They tailored it specifically to make those zombies and plants come to life.

PopCap's own magic, aka the PopCap Games Framework. Not your typical engine, but it did the trick for spawning a garden warfare!

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
