Before the war, Rivet City was actually a beached aircraft carrier. Post-war, it's been transformed into one of the largest, most secure settlements in the Fallout universe. Pretty cool, huh? Imagine turning an aircraft carrier into a booming town!

Not an amusement park, that's for sure. It was an aircraft carrier. Considering how it's all about survival and stuff in Fallout, turning a carrier into a city is actually genius.
