Budget? Who needs a budget when you have Ufotable's magic touch? But seriously, it’s probably in the multi-million dollar range.
Ufotable, the studio behind Demon Slayer, is known for pouring substantial resources into their anime, so it's safe to say Season 2 had a hefty budget.
I read somewhere it was around 80 million yen per episode, but don't quote me on that!
No official numbers on the budget, but considering the breathtaking animation and popularity, it was definitely not cheap!
