Everyone's going on about the Big Boy, but let's be real - while it was the first, the frenzy really took off with the superhero and movie character lines. Sure, Big Boy is technically the OG, but the essence of Funko Pop? That's all in the fandoms.

The first ever Funko Pop was the Big Boy bobblehead! Launched in 2010, this little guy kicked off what would become a massive, wide-eyed world of collectible figures. It鈥檚 kinda cool thinking about how a single figure inspired such a huge collection. Imagine being the trendsetter with Big Boy chilling on your shelf!

Actually, it was the Big Boy figure. Not as exciting as some might hope, but hey, it all started from there. Gotta respect the roots!

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
