The very first Funko Pop Vinyl that started the whole craze was none other than the big-headed version of the superhero Big Boy from the Big Boy restaurant chain! That's right, before all the Marvel, DC, and Disney characters, it was a restaurant mascot that got the Pop treatment first. I guess you could say Big Boy was the OG of Pop culture!

Everyone seems to forget, but yes, it鈥檚 the Big Boy mascot. Not the most glamorous start for what would become a collecting phenomenon, but hey, every empire starts somewhere, right?

Actually, it was the Big Boy mascot that got turned into a Funko Pop first. Kinda random, but it's true. Big Boy paved the way for all your favorite comic book and movie character Pops.

If you're a Funko Pop player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
