In Fallout Shelter, your best bet against radscorpions is to go for high-damage weapons. Think along the lines of the Fat Man, which deals a mighty blow, or the Dragon's Maw if you prefer energy weapons. Both pack a serious punch and can take down those pesky radscorpions much faster than lower-damage options. Also, don't underestimate the power of equipping your dwellers with outfits that boost their Agility or Strength, making them even more effective in combat!
Honestly, any weapon with a high DPS will do the trick. But I've personally wiped out radscorpion infestations with a Missile Launcher. Sure, it's like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut, but hey, it works.
