Sakura dying would hit Sarada hard, likely driving her to become even more formidable as a ninja. Sasuke would likely go on a revenge mission, and Konoha would lose a key medical asset.

If Sakura died in Boruto, it would probably send shockwaves through Konoha. Sasuke and Sarada would be devastated, and it could spark some intense character development for Sarada as she might seek vengeance or strive harder to become stronger. Plus, medical ninjutsu would lose one of its greatest experts.

Narratively, it would be a huge blow. Sarada's growth would be impacted, and Sasuke might return to his darker ways.

Honestly, if Sakura died, the whole village would mourn her loss deeply. Sarada would probably become even more determined, and Sasuke might go on a rampage seeking revenge.

Sakura dying would massively impact the series, especially for Sarada and Sasuke. Could make for some dramatic episodes, though!
